I’ve coached champions. I’ve raised trophies. I’ve trained with some of the best at the collegiate, professional, and even Olympic level. But none of it compares to the moment Jesus Christ became Lord of my life. That’s when I realized true victory isn’t found on a scoreboard—it’s found in surrender.
I’m Coach Benji Works, and my life has been a journey of purpose, grit, grace, and the relentless pursuit of God’s call. I once chased success the world’s way—titles, performance, approval. But when Christ got a hold of my heart, everything changed. I traded personal ambition for Kingdom mission. I discovered that the greatest calling isn’t just to coach athletes—it’s to disciple champions for Christ.
That’s why I started Champion-Coaching—to bridge high-performance coaching with bold faith, equipping men and women to rise up with discipline, courage, and purpose. This isn't just about training winners—this is about raising warriors who live, lead, and compete for something eternal.

Our purpose is grounded in the truth of 1 Corinthians 9:24-25 (NIV):
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training… They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”
